Ever since I was young, I always loved designing spaces and experimenting with different colours, textures & lighting. FF14 has given me an avenue where I can once again, be in touch with my creative side.Favourite aesthetic: Cabin in the wood vibes with lots of overgrown-ness & flowers. 50% of the fee is required to be paid after the consultation and prior to starting the buildThe cost of furniture fluctuates constantly since they are based on MB prices. Client is expected to cover all costs. Client may also choose to craft items, if preferred.Clients must provide any items that can't be obtained by gil and crafting (Scripts, Bicolour gemstone items, etc..)

> Commissions are accepted once the client & I have discussed ideas. It is imperative that the ideas appeal to me, since I want to be able to provide a high-quality build to all my clients.> I reserve the right to decline requests, if it is something I am not particularly passionate about. If there are differences that cannot be amended during the building process, I also reserve the right to pull out of a commission.> There cannot be a set definitive date for me to finish. I am a very busy person, and I do not like to rush myself when decorating homes. My schedule is unpredictable, and thus it varies in how much I can accomplish on a daily/weekly basis. I will not take any projects requiring a deadline.> Checking inside the house while it is being designed must be kept to a minimum, and done outside of decorating hours. Kindly do not enter while I am inside.> Please wait until it is fully finished before requesting subtle changes.> Rough draft of the house will get approval of the client. I free-style a lot of times, but after a certain time, I will know the layout of where everything goes. I will present the rough draft for the layout to be approved by the client. After the build is done, large remodels/changes will incur additional fees. To avoid having to tear down large finished area, please make sure to communicate to me early on in the designing process.> The design and decorating process is not possible without proper and effective communication, so please be specific in what you like/dislike when I request your opinion about the build. It is very important that I know these details so that I can make the changes necessary to your dream home. If the client refuses to communicate about these things, then I may leave a commission.> I will never recreate other designer's builds, as this is highly disrespectful to the time, creativity and effort they put into it. If there is a build you like in particular, I will design my take on it that will capture its essence.> Mostly 1-2 floor designs. It depends on the house, but I will never use the whole space.> If you have any questions, please feel free to message me between 12-7pm PST. I will not reply to anything sent before or after these hours.> No clubs, casinos or big venues.
